Pamela Christian, PhD is Voice Coach/Consultant and Director of Clarity of Speech International, a company that provides resources and training programs for ESL speakers. Dr. Christian is committed to helping individuals achieve excellence in the area of speech communication and public presentation. She works regularly with groups and individuals in major corporations, and centers her research on professional speaking skills across cultures. Pamela has provided voice/speech training for professionals in the U.S., South Africa, U.K., South Korea and the Russian Federation where she was a Fulbright Scholar in 2004. She is currently Associate Professor of Voice and Speech for Performance at The University of Texas at Austin, and an active member of Actors’ Equity Association.

Ted Gregory has served as the President of ISTI since 2008. He has taught voice and public speaking for the past 20 years. As a professional actor and director he has worked and taught internationally at such universities as Columbia University, The University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Panama where he received a Dean's Award of Merit as a guest artist for exemplary teaching and has been invited by the university to apply as a Fulbright Scholar to teach voice and speech in their graduate program in 2010. He served as the Chair of the Theatre Program at Lindenwood University for 5 years. He has trained political leaders, lawyers, and corporate leaders. He is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers.
