At the recommendation of our clients we are introducing a seminar based program designed for first and middle-level managers, project leaders, and sales representatives that focuses on developing webinar and video presentation skills for individuals and teams who regularly participate in conferences, meetings, and sales calls.

We also offer Accent Reduction Webinar Training Seminars designed for organizations with service centers located in countries where the regional dialect may interfere with effective communication. This program is designed to teach techniques of accent reduction that can be implemented in all professional contexts. The end result is significant improvement in overall speech clarity and communication effectiveness.

Webinar Training Seminar Program Highlights

· Small group format emphasizes sales and small group communication. For some of the same reasons as our traditional programs, our Webinar Training Seminars are attractive to corporations who are looking to increase their productivity and save time and money on travel and expenses.

· Individualized attention is guaranteed, as the maximum number of participants who can be accommodated with this program is 14 in order to ensure everyone has a quality training experience. If the number exceeds 14 it is suggested that the corporation schedule an additional seminar(s) depending on their needs.

· The flexible nature of the program allows us to keep costs at a minimum in comparison to other firms offering communication training services that may not be as flexible and may not specifically address your organizations communication needs.

· ISTI’s state-of-the-art technology allows participants from all over the world to take part with little set-up. We utilize a browser-based, user-friendly webinar and video conferencing system that has minimal system requirements.

Webinar Training Seminar Overview

Orientation

Duration: 3 hours over the course of one day (typically Saturdays but other days can be utilized depending on holidays, cultural and religious observances, client's needs, etc.). The time frame is typically from 9 am to Noon or 1 to 4 pm (ISTI utilizes the time zone of the client's corporate location). Two ten minute breaks are included.

Description: An associate will conduct a long distance orientation webinar session to initialize videoconferencing training and presentation coaching. Participants can be situated in any location across the world whether it be their home or office as long as they have the basic system requirements (see above).

Practical webinar training sessions

Duration: 4 two-hour sessions of long distance webinar training. On the four consecutive weeks following the orientation, participants will take part in long distance practical webinar training. Typically held on a weekday evening (excluding Friday evenings) from 7 – 9 pm, the exact date and time of these sessions will be coordinated with the corporation or government organization.

Description: This phase utilizes a practical approach that allows participants the freedom to train with an associate long distance. The sessions are tailored to the individual client and utilize a practical approach to producing, practicing and delivering video, webinars, and sales conferencing.

Cost of the Webinar Training Seminar

$800 per participant (minimum 10 participants per seminar)

Registration will stop once the seminar reaches 14 participants
